We accept United Healthcare and BCBS Anthem. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept BCBS Alabama, Cigna, or Medicare. We will try our best to be the provider for more insurance companies. Thank you.

If you have the insurance companies we accept, you can just pay the co-pay for both the initial and the following treatments. However, If you do not have our insurance network, you would have to pay $70 for every treatments you receive.
